How do you become an idiot?

It is actually quite easy,
I usually think that I am an idiot,
and this time i found someone saying I am an idiot too!
An idiot needs bosom friends too!
To be able to find another idiot as my bosom friend,
should I be happy or honored?

When I speak on the Internet,
I know i should be prudent in making statements and careful in personal conducts,
especially when I talk about something related to the local laws.

Although I am stupid,
I know people need to be responsible to their abusive statements.
A person who is not stupid enough will take protective procedures before insulting others.
For example,
using free-access computers in the public libraries,
or access the internet from some schools or in NOVA.
It's more difficult to trace back to the users in these conditions.

A smarter person will use other people's IP address instead,
so he can fool around as long as he wants.

This time I really meet my bosom friend!
Using a fixed IP and waiting for me to gather evidence!
Isn't this person my bosom friend, my confidant?

I will be able to see my bosom friend face to face.
