DAY 09 / OKUBO TO NARITA

Final purchase and return to Taiwan of Shin-Okubo

From Koreatown, Don Quijote and Lunch Alley, return to Narita Airport.

After checking out, store your luggage outside the door and start your final round of shopping in Shin-Okubo. After lunch, take the airport shuttle bus to Narita and prepare to return to Taiwan.

After checking out, store your luggage in the storage area outside the door before starting the last round of shopping in Shin-Okubo.

In the morning, I bought medicines and souvenirs from Don Quijote in Koreatown, and also tried the self-service mobile phone protective film and mobile phone case printing machine.

Lunch In Okubo

Small shop, K-POP and Korean restaurant lunch

Shin-Okubo has a large concentration of drugstores, restaurants, souvenirs, and K-POP products. For lunch, I chose a Korean restaurant among the lively alleys.

Airport Transfer

Get your luggage back and take the minibus to Narita

After dinner, I went back to the apartment to pick up my luggage and waited for the airport pick-up minibus downstairs. In the car, I also heard the driver share stories about Shin-Okubo Koreatown and surrounding communities.

Self-service check-in and self-service baggage check-in

The departure process at Narita Airport is mostly completed by self-service kiosks. Although the check-in was blocked due to data issues during the process, the check-in was still successfully completed with the assistance of ground staff.
